Township in The Making

Well thanks to a friend Cherry my creativity has been sparked- she made the most wonderful Christmas Village Houses inspired by her desire to save $ compared to what she saw at a container store and that in turned inspired me. I'm using different materials than she.

Here are some pics of my first in progress and you can notice the inspiration pic I am using also. Lets hope this works out well.

  3. I was so pleased to find someone in the process of making their own Christmas village. My sons make the most wonderful buidings to use as scenery in Warhammer (not v. Chrismassy though) and was wondering if I had time to enlist their help in making one this year and maybe doing a tutorial.

  4. Thanks girls I worked on it some yesterday nothing to picture though I just got the rest of the accents glues on- the framing strips etc and I got it painted with a sealing basecoat I used Kilz.. and I realized I had forgotten to put on a chimney so I'll have to do that but probably not today because I have to run a lot of errands.
    Have a good day
And Carolyn I hope you do enlist your boys.
