Recipe Feta Fettucini Yum Yum

This is soo good quick and easy all you need is some left over cold whole wheat fettucini about 4 cups.  1 cup of feta crumbles.  1 small jar of pimentos chopped.  1 handful black olives halved.  1 tsp extra virgin olive oil. 3 good dashes of worcestershire sauce and black pepper to taste.  Mix all ingredients together let chill together in frig for a couple hours and voila a YUM YUM lunch.
Perfect with an Iced Coffee or as I have an Iced Chai Tea Latte

  4. First up... Ditto on grocery shopping! HATE HATE it. That's why I only go once every 2 weeks. However, I think I can even handle the above recipe. I am starting to get my appetite back and that actually looked good to me! ;-)

Thanks for all you kind comments ... it's been a rough week ... your always uplifting... I totally appreciate it. ;-)
